Message	I just enjoy z's and our community I pay homage to those who do the same. The experience I have seen first hand was not resolved correctly at all. First my own experience which I totally thought was not right at all... And is what turned me away from wanting to use kyle anymore. I have known him for a long time from on here and also meeting in person when n zcon Dallas 2006. In addition to others that I personally know.. That have had issues.. But instead of their problems being addressed properly.. It was pushed blame to other resources.. Most z guys on here are scared to post negative experiences from any vendor.. Especially the long term ones like kyle. He is fairly protected on tt. Net. Like I said, I like kyle. But I won't do business with him anymore. I understand he is a business man and is running a business in a bad economy.. But when people buy stuff from you.. They don't only buy for the reputation of quality... They buy from you for how you back up what you made or the company's 'follow through' of doing what is right.. Even if that means... Sacrificing the company to make the customer happy and keep them coming back. Also.. How I have been raised since young. . If I scratch your back with helping you out.. The same should be done in reciprocal.. Money shouldn't mean much among friends.. That's how it should be..
